An optimist at heart, Ms Stuti believes in seeing the best in people. An established and certified counsellor with an experience of more than 12 years in guidance services, Ms Stuti holds a masters degree in Psychology besides a B.ED andPGDGC. She has a strong foundation in people skills, understanding, assisting and reaching out to children. Ms Stuti has been a proud Mount Olympian since its inception and brings her familiarity with the vision and ideology and child centered policies, duties as a mentor and expectations for learners. She is passionately engaged in building a robust guidance and counselling system in school as it proves to be momentous in providing timely assistance to the learners. She believes that no child should go unheard as it has been observed that many times a patient listening has therapeutic impact. In school, she strives to create an environment that fosters acceptance, encourages an individual to express, speak his/her mind, to ask for help and one that is free from judgment. She aims to help each student work to their potential and also to assist parents and teachers in achieving this goal. She strongly feels that collaborative effort between the counselor, student, parents/guardians, administration, and teachers is necessary for student success and happiness.
