Children infused with enthusiasm celebrated the grand ‘festival of lights’ on Friday, 29th.11.2021.
On the auspicious occasion of ‘Diwali’, amidst the festive fervour students at Mount Olympus began the celebrations with a silent prayer of- ‘Tamso Ma Jyotir gamaya’ – ‘Lead me from Darkness to light’.Teachers presented an awe-inspiring ‘Rangshala’, promoting the ‘Be Vocal for local’ slogan through an amazing enactment. Students engaged in creating beautiful diwali decors for their homes such as diwali flower lanterns, diwali bandhanvars, painted diyas, etc. Senior students added colours to the celebration by making magnificent Rangolis. Dr. Neeti C. Kaushik, Principal,Mount Olympus School applauded the efforts of teachers and students and showered her blessings. The school adorned with lights sparkled as a jewel with the promise to keep spreading the light of knowledge.
